The first two rules are just plain out ridiculous and should not even be listed as a rule. For starters if somebody had hair that was weird we would not be constantly distracted by it. Eventually we will become immune towards that person's appearance.
The second rule about our hair being unnatural is really ridiculous. Who cares if someone's hair is blue, red, pink, purple, green, or rainbow. Yeah people may stare but they will get use to it. My friend who is (white) dyed her hair a really dark blue that looks black. You could not tell that it was blue unless you were playing in her hair. The teachers and principal told her to dye her hair. To get her hair dyed that color her mom paid 750 dollars do get it done professionally. Then my friend was not allowed to come the school for a week because she was not allowed to come to school with her hair blue.
So she comes back with a natural hair color. Then a week later all the black girls in my school had their hair dyed black&red and orange&black. The teachers and the principals didn't tell them any thing (By the way I'm not racist) which was completely unfair.
If you are going to enforce rules a dress code policy then you need to treat everyone the same. You can not suspend ten people and not suspend the other twenty. Like The Constitution says "All men are created equal." Along with Article number 7 "All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law."
